Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or door code. Codes are stored encrypted and only your assigned team can see them.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — vacuums, mops and eco-certified products are included. If you prefer your own products, just leave them out and add a note.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area for free. If it's still not right, you get your money back for that visit.
